<p>Conveniently located, the town is near many highways and downtown malls and shopping centers. It is a forty minute drive to the beach, only an hour to the lakes region, and takes roughly 90 minutes to get to the popular White Mountain region. The real estate market is mostly made up of 3 styles of homes: colonial, contemporary, and ranch styles. It is no surprise that the colonial style is most common as Bedford is in New England and the community is identified as a village.</p>
